• No refunds are offered on any items.

• Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of purchase only.

• Items must be returned in their original condition with proof of purchase.

• Sale items are final — no refunds or exchanges.

• Online purchases can only be exchanged in person at our Al Quoz store.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any additional costs related to the exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
