Where are you located?

- We are located in Al Quoz, walking distance from Alserkal Avenue and Picasso Gallery.

- Address: Warehouse B-23, Digg It Vintage & Thrift Store

- Find us on Google Maps only. (Note: We are not available on Apple Maps)

What are your store hours?

- Sunday to Thursday: 11 AM to 8 PM

- Friday & Saturday: 11 AM to 9 PM

Do you deliver?

- Yes, we deliver all over the Middle East, USA, and a selection of countries in Europe, Asia, and Africa.

 

Donations

 

Do you accept donations?

- Yes, we gladly accept donations during business hours.

What items do you accept?

- We accept gently used clothing, accessories, and cassettes.

Do you offer donation pick-ups?

- No, donations are only accepted upon arrangement. Message us on Instagram @digg.it.

 

Shopping

 

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

- No refunds. Exchange is available only in-store for local orders.

How often do you restock?

- Al Quoz Store: Every week on Wednesday and Thursday.

- Online Store: Once a month.

Do you offer discounts or sales?

What is the difference between thrift and vintage items?

- Thrift items are second-hand and can be from any era, while vintage items are typically at least 20 years old and often have a unique, collectible value. Read more here.

How do you ensure the quality of the items?

- All items are carefully inspected and cleaned before being put on sale.

Can I find designer or high-end brands in your store?

- Yes, we often have a selection of designer and high-end brands. Availability varies, so check back often.

 

Selling/Consignment

 

Do you buy items from customers or offer consignment?

How does the consignment process work?

- You bring in your items, we evaluate them, and if accepted, we sell them for you and split the proceeds.
